I recently completed the purchase of a large practice. Martin How helped us through every stage of the process, complicated by Covid-19, which resulted in the loss of our original bank offer. Martin was excellent from start to finish.  As a clinician who firstly does not have the skills to present financial information to banks, and I was working clinically every day, I would have struggled to present the correct information and contact the banks individually.  He did this all, allowing me to concentrate on running my business and dentistry. He was also very caring, responsive to emails, and worked well with other financial/legal parties who were working on the transaction.
