I approached Martin How to raise a substantial loan to fund a specific transaction that was not for a regular purpose.  Initially, I was slightly sceptical about whether Martin could help, how long the process would be, and how involved he would be in helping me achieving my goal. I was quickly surprised at the speed and efficiency of Martin who spent a long time reviewing my current financial accounts and assisting with projections to present to lenders.  Once this information was collated he tendered my requirements to a number of banks from which I received 4 good offers and subsequently proceeded with one.
