I approached Martin How to raise a substantial loan to fund a specific transaction that was not for a regular purpose.  Initially, I was slightly sceptical about whether Martin could help, how long the process would be, and how involved he would be in helping me achieving my goal.

I was quickly surprised at the speed and efficiency of Martin who spent a long time reviewing my current financial accounts and assisting with projections to present to lenders.  Once this information was collated he tendered my requirements to a number of banks from which I received 4 good offers and subsequently proceeded with one.

Martin was excellent from start to finish.  As a clinician who firstly does not have the skills to present financial information to banks, and I was working clinically every day, I would have struggled to present the correct information and contact the banks individually.  He did this all, allowing me to concentrate on running my business and dentistry.

He was also very caring, responsive to emails, and worked well with other financial/legal parties who were working on the transaction.

I would highly recommend Martin and will definitely be using him again.
